The building at Elite Hotel was absolutely marvelous! From the stunning stair case in the main hall to the shockingly beautiful dining room, the hotel exuded grandeur and history. Despite the room not being as nice as expected, the overall stay was very good and the breakfast was enjoyable. The hotel staff were friendly and the location was perfect, just a short walk from the central station. I would definitely recommend Elite Hotel to others visiting the city.

We liked very much the historical design and atmosphere of the hotel. The personnel was very helpful. The breakfast was really good with wide choice of food. It was really pleasure to stay at this place.

Love the fresh orange juice for breakfast (have to push yourself to the juicer), the atmosphere the hotel lobby, the room was nice. The hotel's location in the old part gorodap beyond praise

Parking at the hotel, is located about a couple of blocks from the hotel and find it very difficult to directly (scheme, which gives the reception is not quite right, so I had to even go back to the hotel for further propagation of what to do in the old part of town where most of the streets leading to the hotel, closed to cars, quite difficult). In my room was damaged hose from the shower and lock the front door was all cranky (well, not crashed)

As per usual, Knaust did not disappoint. Friendly staff, good sleep and facilities and a very nice breakfast. Thoroughly recommended.

Parking is not so easy and quite expensive

Everything good and satisfactorily, but arriving in Sundsvall by car is a nightmare and the hotel is difficult to reach, hence clear instructions on how to arrive by car is a must

Beautifully restored old building with considerable elegance. Rooms restored in original style and very pleasant. Hotel restaurant was good for breakfast. The hotel was situated in the most interesting part of the town.

The Bishop's Arms pub is an associated part of the hotel, both service and the food left something to be desired, staff did not seem interested in serving the clients. Maybe just a bad night.

I chose this hotel for attending a meeting and I was pleased with the excellent event facilities provided. The hotel catered to my leisure, business, and dining needs to a high level of excellence.

I would have appreciated a dedicated business center to support my work requirements during my stay.

The room was very small for the price and style of hotel.

The breakfast could do with opening early and the availability for Coffee and Tea in the lounges would be beneficial instead of having to go into the bishops arms but these are minor comments
